Beach Hut Cancellations and Refunds


How do I cancel my beach hut booking?

We would prefer to receive correspondence using the online form as we require notification of all refunds.

If you do not have access to the internet, please contact us so that we can assist you.

Each cancellation will require approval by the Visitor Services Manager.

We would be grateful if you bear with us in these difficult times.


Can I claim a refund?

Our cancellation policy allows for a refund to be given if the cancellation request is provided more than 30 days before the start of the booking date.  In these cases an administrative charge of £20.00 or 15%, whichever is greater, is charged.

In the case of a government-led lockdown, or Covid-19 related incidents, we treat these on an individual basis.

Please follow the link above and note that under the heading Booking Fees and Regulations, (bullet points 2 and 3), we explain that refunds will not be made in respect of a cancellation received less than 30 days before the booking date; and also we would charge our normal administration fee for any amendment to a booking.

However, please note that we have waived all administration charges for refund requests or amendments up until 25th March 2022, if Covid-19 related.
